Has it been more than 180 days? Sorry, we can’t give points for flights that far in the past. No need to send us your boarding pass or itinerary, simply input the following information and we can check our records: it’s that simple. Only flights from 01-01-2016 and onwards are eligible for points.
Just check the status column to see how your claim is going. It may take up to 30 days to credit the points if your claim is valid but normally we’re faster than that.
